Fares

Fares quoted normally include all taxes, except where taxes are collected locally at airport check-in. The fare conditions vary according to destination and period of travel. Detailed fare conditions are displayed before payment.

Booking confirmation

Once you have checked the best fare we offer for your dates of travel, you can make a booking on our website, giving the required personal information and selecting the mode of payment and delivery. You will then have a summary of your booking with a dedicated code, which you should note. You will also receive a confirmation by e-mail. Please ensure that your name in the reservation is as per your passport details as name changes are not always guaranteed.

For any change or cancellation after issuance, please contact us: according to the fare you booked, cancellation may require a fee.

Sequential use of coupons

You are required to use your flight coupons in the order in which they were issued and in accordance with Airawak General Conditions of Carriage, without the exceptional agreement of the carrier, each ticket must be used in its entirety and in the order in which the coupons are issued.
